Guest guest
I talked to my lawyer yesterday and he told me that on the liability portion of the lawsuit, we're looking at BIG BUCKS!! I asked him how much the homeowners insurance liability was for and he said he couldn't remember but it was either $500,000 or $1,000,000!!!!!!!!!!!! Chrissy, All right!!!! That is so great. Just don't do too much jumping around you wouldn't want to have your RSD act up! How long did it take for you to get approved by Social Security? Guest guest
Chrissy Yes I have and I have got my first denial, I have a lawyer at the beginning too. I think you have every right to be giddy!!! Try not to fall off cloud nine, you might get hurt from the fall -- Re: OMG!!!!!!!!! Lin, I applied for SSD in late December last year and got my approval letter in April or May of this year....I got a Social Security lawyer BEFORE I even applied for it..and my approval was based on me having the RSD so my lawsuit is AIRTIGHT like Tupperware!! The defense CANNOT appeal based on the fact that Social Security based their decision on me having RSD so that's proof right there..rock solid proof!!! LOL!!! Sorry, I'm getting giddy here...have you applied for SSD yet? Hugs, ~Chrissy~
