Guest guest Posted April 25, 2000 Report Share Posted April 25, 2000 Dear Genz, We have never chatted but I enjoy reading your posts,,maybe you haven't worked in awhile but I see a career for you ....move over Joan Rivers.... I too am having trouble filling out my patient form, but I think I figured out a way to do it easier for me anyway. I downloaded the form and then went out and bought a printer, that was the easy part. Now I have it printed and I filled it out in pen. Now tonight I am determined to just do it and thats that! Hoefully, now that all my answers are there it's like cheating on a test... I did that well too!! Meanwhile I have not done any of the other things yet but next week I will start seeing all my doctors. What did you do for the psych evaluation???? Go to any one and then what do we ask them for??? Tomorrow I am calling Dr R's office for the first time so maybe I'll understand all this stuff a little better.. I just can not wait to have this surgery. My husband died of cancer in December. All I ever wanted was to be thin for both of us. So now I hope he can peek over the clouds and see me thin. It would have made us both so thrilled. So I will hope to be doing this for both of us, and to live long enough enjoy grandchildren one day...
