Guest guest
Hi I am experiencing the same monthly pain, even urinating is extremely painful. I dread having to use the bathroom at all. I wish I could answer your questions if this is a sign of endometrosis. I have an appointment next week and will voice my concerns to my doctor. > ?'s: > During my " period " I get horrible pain on my left side for about 3 days. > During this time I also have trouble with painful bowel movements (sorry but > I need to ask!). Guest guest
Hi It is not a urinary tract infection. As described it is extremely painful when moving bowels or urinating for the first couple of days of my cycle. It does not happen any other time except when the period is scheduled. The doctors have told me it is because the blood can not come through the cervix, there is no release. It is back washed towards the tubes which can lead to endometrosis. I have also learned from this group and Dr. Palter that it is a good signed (excluding the pain) that there is some shedding going on. Thank you for your help. I am glad that things are going well with you and the baby. I will be awaiting more good news from you on friday? Guest guest
B, I wonder if you do have endometriosis which has over a period of time made your bowel stick to your other organs and this is causing you the pain that you are having.? I have NO clue! This is an interesting thought. Guest guest
Good question This is how my AS was first diagnosed. I had terrible pain associated with bowel movements even gas movements and difficulty with mirctuition, but I had no period, just the pain. Originally I was told it was endometriosis, but since I know its due to the cervicl stenosis. Does anyone else know why some of us get this pain Does anyone have remedies to combat it? Thanlks Deb
Guest guest
Unless you have large pieces of endometrium outside your uterine cavity, they wont be picked up on ultrasound. Deb K
Guest guest
, When reading your post about you not knowing why you would go from a mild to severe case of Ashermans, the first thing that crossed my mind was I wonder if your last doctor caused more damage to your uterus because of his inexperience in treating ashermans?? I know this is what happened to me so that is why the thought came to me. Let us know how it goes for you tomorrow at your SHG. Poly
Guest guest
I'm also very curious to know why some get pain and some of us don't. There must be some kind of connection. I will ask Dr. I on Tuesday is he knows anything about this. §§§§LISA§§§§ §§§§ http://www.ashermans.freeservers.com/
