Guest guest
Annie, That is wonderful! I know what you mean about that hovering. For me it is 200. Three times I got to 284 and 3 times now I have gotten close to 200 and this last time actually got under for about a week. Now for the last year or so I have been going from 206 to 216, 218 at times. I'm just getting over the flu though and strange as it may sound, am hoping that will get things going again. Just have to keep trying. We can do this!!!! Like you said, since you know food is a problem when you are feeling stressed then the important thing is one acknowledging that and then learning from it like finding non food ways to deal with stress. Coming here and reading posts is good for that. :-) Gena > I weighed myself this morning and am down to 152, which ties my > lowest weight ever (well, except when I was growing up...)
