Guest guest Posted November 2, 2004 Report Share Posted November 2, 2004 Here it is: Pizza with Pepperoni Hunt's tomato sauce 10g Hormel pepperoni 8.2g Planters Macadamia nuts (ground in the blender) 15g Helluva Good Sharp cheddar cheese (grated) 7g Eggbeaters 19.3g Oil (for crust) 7.5g Oil (for sauce) 5.1g Italian seasoning-pinch CRUST: Mix egg beaters and mac nuts and oil with mixer. Brown each side in nonstick skillet sprayed with Pam. TOPPING: mix oil, tomato sauce and small pinch of italian seasoning and spread on crust. Top with cheese and pepperoni then microwave 20 seconds or until cheese melts. This is based on 3:1 ratio with 5.5g protein, 30g fat and 4.2g carb, or roughly 1,050 calories. It comes out much more firm than the eggplant pizza recepie I've used(and tastes better), but still the crust isn't firm enough to pick up; must eat with a fork. Enjoy!
