Guest guest
Dear Mike I laughed when I read your list I am 31 years old, have shoulder length brown/red hair and blue eyes. I am single and have one daughter (she is about to turn 4). I chose to have my daughter out of a relationship because, I wanted to be young enough to keep up with her and be actively involved in her life for a long time to come. I have a passion for caring for underprivileged children and have opened my home to foster children for the last 9 years. I currently have three long term foster children, they are aged 2,4 and 6. I spend much of my time doing things with my children. I am about to graduate from my second Bachelors degree. By December I will be a registered Primary (0-12yrs) Teacher. I am considering continuing my studies next year in a Masters of Education, research. I love sewing and costume design. (One day I will get to Venice) Along with this passion is a natural love of beautiful movies. My family owns two nursery schools that cater for 150 children between the ages of 0 and 13 years per day. I am involved in running the business, mostly as a support to my Mum and in designing their advertising, forms and policy documents. I don't know where the future will take me, but for now I am very content and optimistic. I would love to travel some more (I spend 6 months in the UK when I was just finishing my first Bachelors). I sometimes think about going to teach in India or somewhere like that. I am looking for a well educated, good mannered, gracious, caring, passionate person who wants to join me on this journey. It's a pity I live in Australia *sigh*
Guest guest
Don't forget that you have a terribly sexy Aussie accent!! I work for an international company. They'd never notice a few calls to Australia baby. They'd probably notice a charge for flight, hotel, etc. but I'll see what I can work out. I'd like to travel overseas again too. Robyn really seems to enjoy her trips and I admit I'm a bit jealous. I've been to 13 countries but only three continents. I'm not big on visiting new countries necessarily. I'd love to go to Italy again. Venice sounds fantastic too. Heck they're all so close I would think a month or two and you could see a great deal of Europe. If I do travel Europe for vacation I've got a lot of free living options with co-workers, friends, relatives, etc. You sound like a very caring and incredibly driven woman. 150 kids? Whoa. That's like half of the entire school where my kids went to school last year. The US is massive to travel but incredibly interesting. I've had a few friends travel here from overseas and have met them in various cities. You should try to come here sometime. I'm sort of shying away from long term journeys right now but I'd love to travel with someone for a few weeks/months sometime. This summer I'm hoping to take the kids hiking or biking along some prepared trails. Maybe the Appalachian Trail. Thanks for sharing all the information, getting me excited, and then dashing my hopes with being SO FAR away!! ARGH!! Mike in GR (a land far far away) P.S. We have snow folks. That's right. It's freaking October and we have snow. http://www.woodtv.com/Global/story.asp?S=815169 > > Dear Mike > > I laughed when I read your list > > I am 31 years old, have shoulder length brown/red hair and blue eyes. > I am single and have one daughter (she is about to turn 4).
