Guest guest
Well, it's starting out to be another crappy day in the Byrnes house. 's back is " killing her " . I gave her a muscle relaxer, and she is gonna try to go to school. She was sledding the other day at her friend's house (after we told her not to) and fell, and is bruised on her bum, legs, and has a big scrape on her cheek. She woke me up in the middle of the night with terrible pain. is still feeling naseous. He was sick for about 12 hours on tuesday. I thought he was feeling better. Dad thought he was faking it, but he's in bed crying and gagging. No fever. is crying and complaining of lung and shoulder pain again. She is scared. She has had on and off again lung pain since her surgery, and the dr said it's probably from the scar tissue. But this is different now. So, I gotta call the lung dr this morning as soon as he opens. When her lung collapsed before she got the pain in her shoulder. And, we know that even though she had the surgery, her lung can collapse again. It did a collapse a month and a half after the surgery, but was small - the surgery was holding it - so they didn't have to put in a chest tube. And, dad is bumming cause everyone keeps missing a lot of school. I don't blame him, really. I got the letters from the dr for the girls, but nothing has been done yet because of the holiday and the schools were closed this week due to an ice/snow storm. And, Tues. morning, I went out to see how much ice was on top of the snow, and BAM! down I went on the front step. Right on my bad hip. I also pulled my shoulder. My bad shoulder. I also am getting a sinus cold, or something. My head is pounding. No other symptom of a cold except a slightly runny nose. It's all in my sinuses. So, I don't know what to do first! I have an appt with my pain dr at 8:30,. and I have to go. I don't know if I should take to the urgent care - the one I swore I would never go back to. Dad had to go back to work today. Everything is happening at once! Everyone is crying and I don't know what to do! I guess needs to be taken care of first. Sorry, I just had to write this all down. My husband doesn't deal with this stuff very well. He thinks everyone just doesn't want to go to school. But I know different. And, I know you guys will understand! Guest guest
UUGGHH!!! Well, it's starting out to be another crappy day in the Byrnes house. Oh man, - when it rains it pours!!! I'm glad I only have one child... My is complaining of shoulder/clavicle pain again but we went to the chiro yesterday for our monthly visit. It wasn't out of place, fortunately, but the full moon does a number on her pain levels, joints, scar tissue, etc. Hopefully everything will settle down soon for you, at least for a little while! Sending you healing hugs/thoughts. I saw a video of Seattle on the news last night.... you guys got hit with the snow!!! Send some our way, will ya? We need the moisture in Milwaukee! At least our 2 " of snow is staying on the ground with the cold temps <brrr> Bonnie
