Hi Sue Ellen,

I am new to the group (today is my first official day actually) anyway, I have

some great recipes for you....give me a couple of hours to get some things done

around the house and I will type them all for you and send them to you. I have

made cheesecake, quiche, eggplant parm, chocolate ice cream, etc. I will type

them and you will just have to figure out your numbers.

Where do you live? I am in New Jersey. What hosp does your child go to? We go

to CHOP (Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia)

I will " talk " with you later this afternoon - I really need to get some phone

calls made and laundry - ugh.

Talk to you soon.

Tracey:

Welcome to this group, and thank you! I look forward to the

recipes. Jimmy is followed by s Hopkins in Baltimore. We live

in Syracuse, NY! Jimmy has been on the diet since February with

amazing success, but we are ready to try to shift him from the all-

liquid version of the diet to pureed/soft consistancies. He is 2 1/2

and multiply-disabled. Since he has very limited senses of sight and

hearing, I am excited about the fact that we can explore different

tastes and textures with him as far as foods!

Thanks again for the recipes!

-Sue Ellen:)
