" Scary " doesn't even cover it. Thankfully it was a viral form and it seems Bonnie has recovered without any problems. And to keep it to topic, LOVES the keto diet. He is soo much happier on it than he was on the Atkins. His energy levels are stable on the keto plus he is almost never hungry on it. He ate continually on Atkins and never felt full. He has fun weighing all his foods, cooking then eating them. He educates all visitors to our home about the keto diet and how it has helped him go from hundreds of szs per day to almost sz free without meds.
