Here! Here! It's now a new year, a new day and a new beginning for me. There is

no looking back. Over the last 6mths I have gained about 20lbs and now its time

to get my big butt into gear and get it off. I am determined to get back on

track.......determined! I will let go of the past and move on with you

......let's go!........Take care......Leanne

gone, and it's just

me and the scale, going head to head.

well i did gain like 7 pounds over this holiday.

I feel so-so about the gain. I'm glad it was not worse. On the other

hand, I am challeneged by dwelling on past choices. So, today is a

day for working on letting go of the past and realizing I just might

have done the best I could do at that time.

No more stressful holidays! Be gone!

ok, a new me is going to begin!

Question of the Week:

What is your biggest challenge as far as getting motivated?

Challenge of the Week:

Exercise 30-45 minutes 3-5 days this week!!! as far as getting motivated?

Your right ... letting go of the past and working towards a goal is the

best poliicy! Yesterday I did not do so well due to those Peanut M&M's, but now

they are gone and I am moving towards a new goal after cleaning out my

refrigerator and pantry. No more junk food a least for a while since I have

gained 4 pounds over the holidays. (LOL!)
