Over the last 6mths I have gained about 20lbs and now its time to get my big butt into gear and get it off. I am determined to get back on track.......determined! I will let go of the past and move on with you ......let's go!........Take care......Leanne kel32@...> wrote:Well,, the holidays are gone, the chocolates are gone, and it's just me and the scale, going head to head. well i did gain like 7 pounds over this holiday. Guest guest
Your right ... letting go of the past and working towards a goal is the best poliicy! Yesterday I did not do so well due to those Peanut M&M's, but now they are gone and I am moving towards a new goal after cleaning out my refrigerator and pantry. No more junk food a least for a while since I have gained 4 pounds over the holidays. (LOL!) kel32@...> wrote:Well,, the holidays are gone, the chocolates are gone, and it's just me and the scale, going head to head. well i did gain like 7 pounds over this holiday.
