Morning- my goals

Hey buds!

I had to get up early today and drive Mike to work. We met at the party

on New Years and he left his truck there so I could drink. He doesn't

drink. So I drove him to work and then stopped at a coffee shop for

breakfast. Saw a moose on the way home. Of course when Niki's boyfriend

Arturo is not with me. LOL I said last night he should come with

because this time of day we see them a lot but he felt sleep was more

important. LOL I'm going to spend some time going through some old

posts, mostly deleting so I can get up to date here then I'll post some

of my old favorites to get us all motivated for the new year!

My goals this year are to get back to exercising at least 30 min a day

at least 4 times a week. Get my water consumption back up to 80 or more

oz a day and watch my portion sizes and cut back on snacking after

dinner. My theory is that since I have not been exercising and been

eating bad and drinking booze the last 3 weeks that once I get back to

being good it should get things going again. I vow to lose the weight I

gained in the last year or so and lose at least 30 more by my 40th

b-day, March 29 2005. So that means I need to lose at least 3 lbs a

month, preferably 4. I did weigh this morning and the bad news is I'm

222. I do think some of that is just bloating though from all the salty

things I have had the last few days. We'll see. But at any rate, this

means I have about 50-60 lbs to lose in the next 15 months. I know I

can do this! I feel ready to do this. Enough screwing around. It took

me 18 mo to go from 284 to 195 and the next 18 mo to get back to 220

and I am determined not to let another year go by without gaining. I

would like to see 160 by March 2005 but will be happy if I can just get

under 170 so that is minimum 50 lbs in 15 months which is completely do

able. We can do this!!!!!!!!
