I just picked up the January/February issue of " Muscle Media " magazine (which he founded 12 years ago and then sold about four years ago). It is well worth picking up and reading - there are several interesing articles in it. Don't be turned off by what you think is a " body building " magazine. It goes well beyond that. I mentioned that his " Body for Life " book has been a long-term best seller. He has an update - it has now sold 4.5 million copies, been translated into 20 languages and been on the best seller lists in the United States for four and half years. But the reason I am making the recommendation on this specific issue is that there are three very informative articles in it - the utter futility of diets in general, the importance of meal timing, and criteria to use when selecting a personal trainer.
