Didn't feel it on 500 mg per day but when I went to the larger dose, which I can't remember if it was 1000 twice a day or what...........but I did feel like that...........always like I was coming down with something. You might want to check with your dr as sometimes that can happen if your body is not responding well to it, as in a mild allergic reaction. Do call your dr and discuss it. Read the package inserts as well. Might help.
