Guest guest
Hi All. I have a question about the physical form. Do we fill out the health history part or does the PCP? Can we wait and have the EKG at the hospital or is it better to have it ahead of time? Thanks, Marti in Michigan
Guest guest
hey i need some help! I got an okay to take my daughter to work with me at daycare for the summer months. But my problem is shianne is starting to slow down on her weight gain so they are really pushing her to get 3 to 4 cans a day of pediasure. and she is not liking the sippy cup. so she will only take it in the bottle! and the daycare only takes children that are on table foods! my question is does anyone know if a doctor writes that its medical ness for her to have this and she needs the bottle !! does that override the daycare rules? if anyone has any answers or knows where i can find them please let me know !! thanks christy (17 month old shianne w cf)
Guest guest
Christy, Is Shianne on table foods along with taking the bottle? They may take this into consideration if she is. As most daycares are privately owned, I wouldn't think that a doctor's note would override any rules they have set. Correct me if I am wrong - but I am gathering that you work at the daycare - would they not let that slide a bit for you? It wouldn't hurt to ask. Hope everything works out for the best!!!
