Isn't what we used to do in grade school gym class considered

calisthenics as well? Jumping-jacks, touch your toes, sit-ups, push-ups,

scissors, the " washing machine " and the " dryer " and the " bicycle " moves?

I have incorporated some of these moves in between aerobic sessions when

I was tired of jumping up and down like a nut, but still wanted to move.

LOL

Autumn :)

walking in place, sidestepping, stretches, lifting my knee to the

opposite elbow and so on. Lot's of different moves. I like to do them

when I'm watching tv to keep from falling asleep.
