CARLA, and Anyone that took at least 2x's to get SSD

Carla know you were able to receive SSD in one try and since my daughter lives in Houston was wondering if gave you her email address if you would mind writing her about all she must know and do. What all do Judges need, what all do doctors need to of talked about and is there an order in which to write it. What papers does she need to send.

How if arms work but not best, but still work for part of day, but rsd bad in legs/feet how do you write about that and if arms works part of the time does that mean would not get SSD since arms move? How does one find Lawyer that is really good in this type work besides eenie meanie minie moe? Seems like sort of wrong process of finding person to go to.

Now for all others, if you did not win in first try but won in second try, can you tell what did wrong in first try? You know, what was it Judges needed that you did not know, or how does learn what process is so can follow lawyer and make sure he is doing all correct and the lawyer not just messing things up for her and costing her more money which means giving lawyer more money.

You know just need for her to know what not to do, what to do so understands if lawyer not following procedures correctly. Hope you all do not mind my asking but is important for to understand all this. Also, can you get SSD and work part time? I do not know these things either. Would be big help if she could work part time and still get ssd. Does anyone know if got SSD even while working partime how they would base SSD.

Well that is way to much already have indulged on all of you. Hope you understand need someone who is closes to in age and years hurt and all to help her learn. turns 34 in December. She is getting old but I am getting younger. Now only 29. Feels great being 29 also.

I was approved for SSD/SSI on the first try...what I did was retain a lawyer who specializes in SSD/SSI..if he couldn't get me on it, he got no money for it but since I did win on the first try, he got $317...I had to go to an independent doctor for Social Security, signed release forms for not only my attorney but also for Social Security to get all my medical records..I was actually very shocked and surprised when I got the approval letter from Social Security...I was told to get a lawyer BEFORE I even applied for SSD/SSI...guess that was one of the keys to winning..hope this helps...
