I think that eating in moderation is a very key part of a plan and I know for

myself that I have been looking at my weight loss as a journey and not as a

diet. I know that this will be a lifelong journey and that I have been focusing

on eating well and healthy. I know that I have changed many things that I eat

and that I am using far more whole grain foods and foods that are higher in

fibre. I think that programs can help with what a serving size for different

food groups is and what portion control is all about. Some foods are or can be

hard to determine how much of it is a serving. Some fruits are actually two

servings and some breads, even though they are high in fibre and truly

nutritionally sound can be more than one serving as well. Some of these things

are the trickier ideas and things to learn.
