Guest guest
Hi Rose Just a thought on the sleep thing, if he's finding it really hard to drop off to sleep when his head hits the pillow, it might be worth trying melatonin? Francesca used to lie awake in bed for up to 2 hours a night, just talking to herself, singing, kicking the duvet up and down and wrapping it all around herself! The group had been talking about melatonin, and then when I mentioned lack of sleep to Dr Nicolaides (Dr Cross wasn't there the last appointment), she suggested melatonin. It works like a dream... We had a period when it stopped working, but I am now convinced that it was down to being summer time and too light to sleep. Francesca is always asleep within 5-10 minutes of me leaving the room now. Worth a try for Ben, I'd say... BTW the sleeplessness hit after the Epilim was gone - coincidence??? Not... , Mum to Francesca, Keto Kid since Sept 03, drug free since May 04 > > Hi - sorry if I've missed any posts but I was just thinking how is Stella doing > these days.
