Well, if the bowel loop were obstructed, yes. The larger the herniation and prescence of bowel, the larger the problem, so the fact that yorus is small is good news! I asked about pain to know what people with normal pain perception would feel. I do not feel pain in my abdominal area. I have pain insensitivity or nerve damage. Instead of the ability to feel pain I get reflex noxious trigger response. I know this because my BP spikes. This difference has caused diagnostic problems as everybody always want me to describe the pain I feel. The Catscan person asked me show her where it hurts. I was not able to.
