Also wondering if anyone has ever used a waffle recipe for Pizzelles?? I can not use butter, so shortening would have to be the sub in the recipe. My little guy is really wanting a good pizzelle, quite frankly so am I, lol. He loves the cones for his ice creams (:0) Thank you in advance!
