Guest guest
A few years ago I had a Chemical Sympathectomy and blocks and in July a Cath for my heart. When you havs RSD-CRPS, and then you any invasive type surgery, it opens you up to more sympathectic neve problems. If you look at various websites on RSD, you will see after years of having RSD and your body gets used to the pain and discomfort on regular basis, and then you have an invasive procedure, you start all over again, with renewed pain because it disupts the progression of the healing and any remission that is going on, in the same case of re injuring a limb that has it. You start it all over. I just wanted to advise all of you, that dont open yourself up to more pain. You mind as well just be on Pain meds and dont open yourself up for more discomfort. Guest guest
Hey Jan---Just curious, are you having more pain because of your procedures? I was told that same info by the surgeon that wants to do my bone spur on my left foot, but because my rsd is in my left arm, he says theres no danger of making it worse. I hope not!...."Mr. Jan G.
