Guest guest
I am needing 225 calories of the ketocal - I know it already the 4:1 ratio - so why when I put the food values in my meal worksheet I can get the calories right at about 31g of powder and the fat is on (pretty close)... but the carb and protein are off. My dietician and the keocal company could also not answer? Also is the amount of water critical? My dietican said I could use more water if I wanted to is this true? we are at 4:1 222.25 cal 3.4 g prot 22.2 g fat and 2.1 g cho Is just the calories important? Rookie mommy to Zaki (17 months 11 days on the diet) seizures went down to 3 now back up in the 50's)
