At costco you can buy green tea pills. I saw them today when I went to by

another supplement mentioned in Dr. Nase's book. I haven't read the whole

book, but it seems that the main supplements are only about 4 -- or maybe I

haven't gotten there yet.

RE: the Green Tea in pill form. A nutritionist

once told me you do not get the same antioxidant

benefits from taking the supplements that you would

in drinking the tea itself, FYI.

I don't know if green tea " pills " are the same as green

tea " extract " , but I read an article on green tea extract, and how

it's much stronger than drinking the tea itself. The article listed

various health benefits, but it stated that you'd have to drink 6

cups of green tea per day in order to achieve the same results from

taking green tea extract. Also, when buying green tea leaves, you

should try and get the highest grade possible. The leaves should be

loose - not in bags.
