1/2 coverage - how to appeal amount of coverage

We have Healthnet Adv Plt and they covered 1/2 our DOC band saying

they'd count CT in network but our policy allows for 50% coverage up to

$1500 for othotics. Anyone with advise/experience appealing the

coverage amount? I know it is classified as an othotic, but this isn't

like crutches or that kind of thing. It is almost theraupetic

treatment.
