YOU CAN COOK MORE IN LARGER CONTAINER. 1 BONELESS CHICKEN BREST 1/2 CUP BREAD CRUMBS 1 SLICE LAURINE SWISS CHEESE 1 OR 2 SLICES OF HAM (HONEY HAM TASTE THE BEST) TOOTHPICK TAKE CHICKEN BREAST AND POUND WITH A MEAT TENDERISOR. LAY THE CHICKEN BREAST FLAT. PLACE CHEESE AND HAM ON TOP OF CHICKEN. STARTING AT ONE END ROLL THE CHICKEN (HAM AND CHEESE IN SIDE) PLACE THE TOOTHPICKS TO HOLD IN A ROLL. ROLL CHICKEN BREAST IN BREAD CRUMBS. PLACE ROLLED CHICKEN BREAST IN ROCK N SERVE WITH LID. VENT HOLE AND PLACE IN MIRCROWAVE AND COOK ON HIGH FOR 6 MINUTES PER POUND.
