Jenn Re: Jello - Aspartame I have wondered too if there was an aspartame free jello. I am going to try preparing Knox unflavored gelatin with Kool_aid Mega Mountain Twist Blastin' Berry Cherry Flavor (the only flavor that is colored with Beet powder instead of Red Dye 40) and sweeten it with liquid Sweet and Low.
