Well, today I was due for one of my weight workouts, which although

the actual weight part is 20-30 minutes takes me an hour because of

warm-up, stretching, etc. Today was my first day of relaxation (I

only had to work 5 hours instead of 12!) after a long stressful

week, and I just didn't want to do the workout. As evening

approached I told myself that I had just had a bad week and I could

always do the workout tomorrow. I decided to get some extra sleep

by going to bed early, so I straightened up my apartment, fed my

cats, and went online to check my e-mail. After reading a whole

day's worth of posts from you guys, I decided to do my workout after

all!! So I did a full hour, got a very satisfying workout, and I

have all of you to thank, what an inspiration this group is!

Please everyone, post every once in a while whether you are doing

well or badly--we ALL do badly sometimes or else we wouldn't be

struggling with this weight thing. It helps so much to know that we

are all in this together.

Thanks everyone for sharing your feelings and your friendship.
