I never heard that. But, canola oil mixes in nicely with cream. We

do about 70 g 40% cream and mix in 20g of oil. We froth it with a

hand helf frother, or shake it up well. Add water and crushed ice,

orange flavoring and sweetner. My son gets almost all his fat this

way. He is a stubborn eater, too (especially before keto) and

absolutely hates any type of sauce on his food. Is your child's

appetite back, yet? Also, it is really helpful to have your own

meal planner. I couldn 't have done it without the one my husband

created for me.

Yes, he is eating alot better!! Thank God!! But our planner, The

Stanford Planner, doesn't have canola oil in it. And Jordan refuses

to drink the cream. We have to " hide " it. He doesn't mind it if I

whip it and sweeten it and add Jello..LOL. But I would really like

to do the ice cream.
