Hey , I feel the same way . My son is 8 now and we haven't made a wish yet .

I am waiting until he is older or God forbid we see we have to use it sooner

Hello all,

I'm new in this group and find it very positive. I should have join it

a lot earlier. Thank you all.

My son , 13years old with cf, had made his wish when he was 8 years

old. We went to Walt Disney for a week and he lived a dream. Even today,

he often refers to that magic week and keeps very carefully all the pictures

and the souvenirs he brought from there. suffers from a very severe

side of cf. He will need a liver transplant in a near future. He often

goes to hospital for several weeks. In our case, I'm sure I made the right

decision to have him made his wish at that age. now has other wishes

and one of them is to live as normal as it can be possible.

I think that, as parents, we are the best persons to know when it will

be the best for our child (or children) to make their wish come through (or

true???) Sorry about my very poor English!!! Thank you all, from
