Guest guest
, You could make popcycles from regular kool aid(made with less water than normal and splenda or nutrasweet sweetener. I don't like to use the nutrasweet (aspertame) sweetener as well as the splenda because I don't know how it affects seizures. If you make it with pudding you will have to count the carbs in it because even diet pudding has quite a few carbs. Diet rite cola is caffeine free, calorie free, no carbs, no sodium so that is the pop we drink. It is made with splenda and doesn't have a bitter taste. Hallie Need Popsicle Help My daughter started the diet on July 19th...is has been a exhausting week...as you all know. She is 6 years old but on a 3 year old mental level...so she is confused and completely upset. I need some tips on how to make the Butter Candy and Popsicles...when I looked at this site last month, I seen something about Popsicles made with sugar-free pudding????is that right? I do have the chocolate flavoring from Bickfords. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. mother of -6 yrs (Complex Partial and Myclonic Seizures)
