I didn't notice that your question about the butter candy was answered?

For my daughter, Claire, I just add a couple of drops of Bickford

flavoring and color (I have a huge assortment, er make that

" investment " ) and sweetener (whatever your keto center approves). Mix

well; then I put the mixture in candy molds

and freeze. Sometimes, I'll make just one mold and put in a lollypop

stick. Claire loves them and I think it helped her

get through the early difficult times. Now, after a year, she'll eat

the flavored butter in a little cup, unfrozen.

If you're making the popsicles and can calculate in some protein: I

liquefy approved jello (I use the ready made sugar-free right now) in

the microwave and add yogurt, then freeze.
