Cereal with Milk

Wow 2-3 hours? That's a long time! When do you ever drink if you have

three meals and maybe a snack? I was told not to drink 15 minutes

before, during or 45 minutes after. I'd never get in 80+oz of liquid

with that 2-3 hr schedule.

Isn't it strange how there's no standard practice to this and many

other aspects of WLS?

I wait about an hour too........that's on the times when I can wait.....Its

so hard not to have a drink with food!
