Mine was a civilian who had over 1400 surgeries under his belt. I was very fortunate from what I hear because many people in my area are on waitlist for over 2 years. And thankfully, I had no problems except they put it in as an out-patient surgery. I called to see if I was approved and that's when I found out about that, so they just changed it to in-patient and I just had to wait about 3 days to find out I was approved. My girlfriend tried to have a breast reduction last year and she was denied. I told her what I heard from others who had nose jobs and liposuction and she went back to her PCM to get it documented as a self esteem issue and the fact that she was having constant upper back pain and it got her approved.
