Hello all,

I am just sitting down to write this, I am making Pasove seder from

scratch. I have never done this before. I was just married in

October to a wonderful jewish man, In a temple with a rabbi, parents

firends, the whole wonderful works. Before that, although my parents

are Jewish, I never gave it much thought, I know that I was not a

Christian, but I never celebrated any Jewish holidays. But when the

husband insisted the we marry in a Jewihs ceremony, I had to look

long and hard to see if that would work for me, and after much soul

searching, I fould that it did. So I have leared a little here and

there in order to keep my vows of having a Jewish home, mind you we

are reformed (liberal jews), so we are not kosher. And hubby does

not atend temple, although he is incredably spirtual, He laughs at me

(and in his heart it makes him happy)for soing this and going to

temple. I have always been a person, who has had a deep relationship

withthe God of my understanding, Temple or church were not necessary,

for I have always felt treasured and loved by that thought.

O my how I have gone on. Well I am looking forward, Hubby and I are

the only Jews, all the other guests are not, Hubby is once again

laughing, saying he is the only one who gets the gefilte fish,

horrible stuff to me.

I just wanted to share and send my love to all of you and a prayer of

freedom, for me, freedom to have the MGB surgery, soon. I shall say

a prayer for Kristan tonight, and for all of you.

Shalom,

Robynn

Robynn,

What a beautiful blessing to all of us during the time when we

celebrate liberation! Thank you!
