On the subject of my yogurt-hating husband - he does like smoothies (he probably

had no idea that they're made with yogurt!). Do the yogurt cultures survive the

smoothie making process or would that be the same effect as freezing?

Hi Vivian,

Yes, the cultures are fine in yogurt smoothies. They get a little dizzy but are

okay ;)

My son's favourite is banana, yogurt and honey. When our blueberries are ripe

he gets blue smoothies
