I also have a couple on my face. These are definitely not related to rosacea. When I first got them 15 years ago the dermatologist said they come with aging in fair skinned people and are usually heritary. They never go away and cause no harm. The dermatologist removed them with a laser. Over the years I have gotten some more but have not had them treated. My daughter, who is also fair, already has a few. When the bumps go away, there is a little red mark left behind that lasts up to a month, but then goes away.
