I have gotten on the train, I went to the gym. I

planted flowers and plants in my front yard. Ate

properly...but...I am making up for bad behavior from

the weekend ....I am up 1.5 lbs. I am at 180, and my

goal is to make it to 170 by October 31st. Also...my

goal is to find a bra that will shrink and still look

good on me...I am so sad at the downward angle the

boobies are taking on!!!!

I am doing better. I am still taking all my vitamins, writing/journaling

and am eating better, but had to stay up late to get all my water in.

Example of my eating better: Yesterday

Yogurt smoothie

Cup - Lobster Bisque (non-strained) - only took 1-1/2 hours to eat it and

fought to keep it down for 4-1/2 hours before I let it come back up.

Mozzarella Stick

2 slices of deli turkey

Been waiting patiently for my protein samples but I think my soon-to-be ex

intercepted them and trashed them.

You've got to be kidding me! I like to think I'm as big of ass of an

ex but what possible enjoyment could he get out of throwing away

packs of protein? Makes no sense. Seems like he made effort and got

nothing for it. If I'm going to make effort I make sure it's going to

result in some effect that you can't just order another sample pack

to fix (muhahaha).

I never said he was intelligent, just that he is an ASS. It is just another

thing in a long list of things he does to give me grief and make things more

difficult for me.

Mike you sound as devious as my first ex. He threw away my financial aid papers

and I didn't find out about it until after we were seperated and I kept waiting

for the papers and contacted the school and they said they had been sent so he

made me miss out on starting school that semester but I showed him I still went

to school later on and got my BSN after I divorced his sorry butt.

That's pretty heavy but not really what I like to do. Directly

harming the other person, their finances, schedules, work, time, etc.

isn't much fun for me. It seems amaturish.

I just wait until she commits herself to things she can't support

long term (she has very poor follow through especially long term) and

exploit her failures. Sometimes she fights so hard for what she

thinks is a gain but then the world changes and she can't cope.

That's when I come around for comfort and understanding. NOT!

I wait for her to blow a gasket over something small and threaten me

with court. That's when I get to whip out the laundry list, which I

do record, and remind her that I'll be bringing all that up along

with her beef. I'll also be available anytime and have a few thousand

budgetted each year for court. So bring it on.

Taking overt, childish action to sabotoge someone's life isn't

devious. Waiting for them to come to you and threaten you then

revealing that you haven't been lying around waiting patiently to be

abused but instead are ready and willing to pound the hell out of

them on their own terms/turf. Now that's devious and fun as hell.

ooh, ooh, can i join the band wagon too? so sounds up my alley! my soon to be ex

is an a** too. every expence i've had w/ preparing for my surgery has been paid

by my mother. talk about making me feel like an adult! he's refused to have me

on the bank account so i have to ask him for even the littleist things and most

of the time he says no. he won't put me on the morgage or deed and dosen't

support my surgery. these are only some of the not so nice things about him!

it's all about stratigies though and putting your ducks in a row. in the mean

time while he thinks he has complete control he dosen't know about a couple of

accounts i have on my own and the extra support i'm getting from family and

friends. my plan is to get the surgery and get back on my feet. as SOON as i do

that the jerk is getting divorce papers faster then you can say " but i love you

baby " ha! keep pokin the bear and you'll be lunch. DON'T GET MAD, GET

EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That reminds me of my days in college. I was a bit of an ass. Well

maybe the correct way to phrase it would be a bit MORE of an ass than

I am now. I would hang outside the student organization areas during,

coincidentally, the month of October. I believe that it's October

which is officially Rape Awareness Month. I think my university may

have added " date " to it to make it more palatable. Anyway, I would

chat up the cuties around the area and then explain to them that I

was interested in the cause. They seemed perplexed. After all why

would a guy be all that concerned? I mean sure if I'm not going to

commit the crime then welcome friend but how could I relate

experiences or anything right? I explained that I was concerned

because I had never been a victim of date rape no matter how often I

had hoped it would happen.

Strangely enough I never got much of a laugh out of that. Maybe these

women would meet nicer guys if they had better senses of humour.

I would have cracked up at that. People these days are just too overly

sensitive about everything. They just need to learn to lighten up and

get over themselves.
