Guest guest
Mike please keep us up to date. I'm unpleasantly worried about you now. Take it easy and you've got a good plan. I hope your doctor can help you right away. --- Mike wrote: > Well I've either got a bit of a problem or I've > figured out a great > new method to reduce calories. Guest guest
Well I'm still a little tight today but I think this might all have been constipation. That's strange too because I eat fresh fruit and veggies every day. Today for a morning snack I had a bag of 94% fat free popcorn to get some whole grains. It's probably just something I ate the night before. I guess it just felt more intense than when I was larger. Thanks for reading/responding. Apples and apple skins haven't been a problem for months. I've eaten apples quite often. It's possible I didn't chew it enough. Rest assured I'm going to mush those suckers next time. > > Well I've either got a bit of a problem or I've figured out a great > > new method to reduce calories. Guest guest
Great to hear your a little better. I guess it wouldn't be an obstruction if you're still eating. No more vomiting after the water incident? Did you speak to your dr? --- Mike wrote: > Well I'm still a little tight today but I think this > might all have > been constipation. Guest guest
Glad to hear you are doing better Mike! Apples were like an instant enema for me. Haven't had them again since, but I think I will give them a try again since its been a couple of months. Re: obstruction or something? Guest guest
Yup ate fine today. Even had a bowl of the new Special K. It's quite good. No more vomiting. I called and left a message for the nurse. My stomach is a little tight but I'm doing alright. Thanks for the questions/concern though. > > > > Well I've either got a bit of a problem or I've > > figured out a > > great > > > > new method to reduce calories. Guest guest
Great to hear! I'm glad you're feeling better. I suppose it'll pass. But it would have been nice to know what it was so that it could be avoided in the future. --- Mike wrote: > Yup ate fine today. Even had a bowl of the new > Special K. It's quite > good. Guest guest
Mike & , I hope it works as well for you as it did for me. Make sure you are near a bathroom within the 2 hours following the ingestion of the apple. It came on fast and with a vengeance for me. in Virginia 299/219/150 Lap RNY: 5/3/06 Re: Re: obstruction or something? > Hmmm...think I'll stop by the store for an apple.
