Guest guest
Sorry, the comment wasn't directed at you personally. It's was just a general statement. Selena Mom to 8, 7, 7, 5 (all with diffrent special needs, but all hearing), and Hailey 4 (moderate-severe, bilateral, sensori-neural hearing loss, bilaterally aided) --------------------------------- How low will we go? Check out Yahoo! Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates.
Guest guest
Selena I'm sorry you felt attacked and wished that you had brought that to our attention of the moderators - we do try to watch for any issues, but truly do miss some since the moderators do work outside the home and have kids too . I hope that you never do feel like you need to leave the list, and I feel sad that we didn't notice that there was any issue. We do have new parents joining the list almost daily and they may not know there could be other reasons for doing things or not. Actually, I debated myself whether or not to post another perspective - and decided if I needed to let the newer parents know there could be some cons. I needed to point out that there are valid reasons to not have the signs as well as having the signs, provide the parents the information, and let them weigh the pros and cons and make the best decision for their families. Please email me off list at maryemapa@... if any thing else happens that concerns you. Take care .. > > I belive the whole sign issues was debated about a year ago. In fact I know it was because I was the one who asked. Personally I felt attacked. Please let's not let this get into a debate again about for or agaisnt the signs. The poster simply asked if anyone knew how to go about getting the signs, not if we thought it was a good idea or not. I honestly thought about leveing this group last year when this became an issue. I don't want others to feel as I did. Sorry if I ruffled any feathers. > > > Selena > Mom to 8, 7, 7, 5 ( all with diffrent special needs but hearing) and Hailey 4 (moderate-severe, bilateral, senori-nueral, hearing loss, bilaterally aided) > > > --------------------------------- > Yahoo!
