Guest guest
Welcome Jane, Sorry this is so late. I had the flu and then we had a bunch of snow, like 40 in in about 6 days and was busy shoveling. We live in Alaska. Now my daughter and her boyfriend are here visiting since Dec 23. They leave Jan 3rd so I will be pretty busy until then. Just wanted to say about the exercise. What I do when I don't feel like doing it is promise myself just 10 min. Thing is, once the 10 min is up, I almost always do more! It's the getting going that is the hard part. So I recommend that. Just get in the habit of doing maybe 5 min a day and then increasing by a min or two every week. Once you get in the habit, I have found at least, my body craves it.
