I think you're exactly right about the 20%. That is what I've read time

and time again. There are serious adverse health affects from eating too

little fat. I've read it can affect your eyesight, along with your hair

and nails. I remember Stern (much as I hate the jerk) had a

terrible time with his eyes for a while because he lowered his fat intake

to like 5-10% for a period of time. He warned others not to do the same.

When he isn't spanking strippers or painting the breasts of porn stars,

he can be very informative. LOL!

Well, I'm not a nutritionist so I can't give any kind of professional

opinion, but what you listed sounds pretty balanced to me, except that

you might want to add some fruit. What kind of veggies are in the

stir-fry--do you cook them in oil? You might almost be TOO low fat if

you're not cooking anything in any kind of fat. I can never find much

written on how little fat is too little, I think you're not supposed to

go below 20% of calories, although on a lot of days I do because I'd

rather eat a larger quantity of low-fat foods than a tiny quantity of a

higher fat food. It depends too on how many calories you need to maintain

your ideal weight. Do you find yourself eating the same foods every day

or do you vary them?
