I misplaced my BTVC book and can't remember what was said about cashew nuts. Also could someone post the pumpkin cookie recipe from the book for me or direct me to a website where I could get it. Whenever I grind nuts in the Cuisinart, I don't feel they're quite fine enough and was wondering if I'm leaving them in there long enough. Thanks!
