Guest guest
Hi folks, Theres been a bit of discussion lately about food triggers (cheese etc) So I thought I would post this list which I actually got from this group sometime ago now. I dont know who posted it originally. Its a list of vasoactive foods. It divides the foods into groups according to the sorts of amines involved. Some people may be sensitive to one or another of these groups. Most rosaceans will be sensitive to alot of them and its a bit of trial and error finding out which but its a good starting point. Unfortunately it covers a lot of foods but i guess we're used to that hey? I know i have a real problem with tyramine for instance. Hope this helps Robin B.
