Happy holidays! I just found you all this evening and would love to join in.

I'm , longtime veteran of many diets who did best on Weight Watchers.

Years ago, I got to - and maintained - my goal weight. But a dozen years ago,

I started regaining. During the past year, I lost 25 lbs. (down from

225..I'm 5'5 " tall) and hope to reach 130 again.

I'm doing a previous version of Weight Watchers from the last

century...before Points! It reflects the lower-fat, higher-carb thinking of the

eighties.

Yes, I'm a fossil...but it worked for me. I've been back on the wagon for the

past 13 days and could really use - and will give - lots of support as we all

navigate our way through the maze of high-sugar -fat -calorie holiday treats

which show up at every meal and then some!
