Still here & re. feedingjejunostomy

haven't left the group, Have been in that severe pain in side through

to the back, nausea,vomiting state for the last couple of days.I only

joined a little less than a week ago, and wanted you all to know I am

still here. I am sorry for the person that just had the tube,I had a

Hickman for nearly neary 7 months, and it was something to get used

to. But it is a good thing,lets your pancrease rest, I know it is

hard to go without eating when you watch others gulp down their food,

but you will get better quicker with the help of the tube.I was

hooked up 12 hours a night also.Didn't make for easy sleeping along

with the pain and try ing to find a way to sleep with out pulling

around on the tube.It will get eaiser, hang in there. You have my

prayers.It takes a little while to learn to take of the tube for

feedings and vitamens and insulin or what ever they are giving you,

but you can do it. Bless you,I am praying for you. Re.
