Guest guest
I was just diagnosed with CD this summer and have quickly transitioned to the gluten-free diet in hopes of feeling better. While I've improved, I'm still experiencing some awful symptoms (allergy-like symptoms, belly-bloat & stomach cramping, frequent migraines & headaches). I had a gluten-free brownie the other day with the baker's " story " on the packaging, which stated she was diagnosed with " wheat, gluten, and yeast intolerance. " This reminded me: a couple years ago I had a severe allergic reaction to live yeast in a cooking class. Is a yeast allergy common? How should I go about getting tested for additional allergies/intolerances?
