Guest guest
We are a 1yr success. My son started out lining up his blocks, not speaking, erratic behavior, some stimming - thank god, he's fine. We were GF/CF before SCD. We work with a nutrtionist (who put us on SCD) and she feels that he's ready for yogurt. I've read plenty of posts on yogurt. I'm just wondering if anyone is in my area making yogurt and if I could just see the process. I'm Carolyn in Clifton, NJ (northern NJ). If you are in the metro area and wouldn't mind, I think I'd have an easier time watching before I try. Thanks for any assistance.
Guest guest
I was just wondering if you had seen the photos on the pecanbread.com page. There is a photo guide, which is just someone making the yogurt and photographing each step. http://www.pecanbread.com/goatyogurt.html It's really very, very easy to do. If you can make a box of mac and cheese, you can make yogurt. Don't be afraid. You can do it! Jody mom to -6 and -8 SCD 28 months
