Sorry about the confusion with the eggbeaters -'s calories have

changed 3 times and each time the eggnog recipe became different (still same

ratio though-4:1). We started out having to add extra fat with the

oil/margarine, but now his specific " formula " calls for 70.5 g cream, 21.2 g.

egg and then 3.0 g applesauce. So he gets his fat from the cream, protein and

scant carb from the eggbeaters and the rest of the carbs from applesauce. Hope

likes hers!

Eggs have fat in the yolk part... + protein in the white... and Eggbeaters

are just the whites.. so they aren't interchangeable. You need another

recipe made with eggbeaters

This is an eggnog meal with eggbeaters

56 gm 36% cream

35 gm Eggbeaters

10 gm canola oil

As far as I know, it substitutes equally. I get it in the dairy section

right next to the regular eggs.
