Guest guest Posted October 20, 2004 Report Share Posted October 20, 2004 Thanks for the info Mike, We have been using the current " recipe " for eggnog with 70.5 g cream (fat), 21.2g eggbeaters (protein/scant carb) and 3.0 g applesauce (carb) and have had no trouble so far (4:1 ratio). I know each child is different though, but so far I have been able to trust my dietician...thank God. I don't know what I would do if I had to figure this all out myself.
