Guest guest
Vickie, I'm so sorry this is late! I'm always behind! I'm not sure I remember you but welcome back anyway. We definitely do know and understand. At my heaviest I was 284, I'm 5'3 " . Got down to 195 but am 215-18 right ow. You are right about it not being a diet and having to be a lifestyle. I am disappointed that I have gained some weight back but still happy that I am still down quite a bit. I'm sure the reason I have not gained more is I am still doing the things I did to lose and always will. Just sometimes I don't exercise as much or eat as good. But I am still doing the same things. You can do this! I hope to hear how you are doing. Gena :-) > I am trying for about the 1000th time to get this weight off of me > and become more fit.
